We all need to focus and attend to our own mental health and well being. Different means and methods appeal to different people and everyone has varying states of mental well being at different stages of their lives.
There are a number of different holistic practitioners out there and a huge amount of modalities that have well being at their core. Whether it be a talking therapy, energetic healing or music and movement, there are all manner of ways to explore our inner awareness and knowing and all manner of ways to develop feelings of connection and lift ourselves up and through life's inevitable hurdles and struggles.
Don't give up, keep looking for a treatment, therapy or activity that resonates with you and brings you connection and joy.
