Meditation Circle
Meditation is a state of peace and calmness that comes from present moment awareness. Practiced regularly, even for very short periods it can promote a great sense of peace and well-being.
These circles will concentrate on developing collective and individual practice in order to encourage peace and tranquillity as well as to harvest characteristics of compassion and kindness and to promote self-awareness and gratitude. Places will be limited to a maximum of 6 people per circle.

Please contact me for more information on stand alone meditation evenings or to join the waiting list for block programmes.
Women's Circle
An evening of stillness, sharing, listening and connection.
Sharing the ethos of the Red Tent movement, the circle will provide space for women of all ages to come together to listen, to be heard and to share. A space where all of you, the whole of you is welcome, and there is no judgement or advice, just acceptance and space to be heard.
Evenings will begin with a short meditation and end with affirmation practice or mantra, with circle sharing in between. Guided by the seasons these circles will reflect both natures mood and our own.
If you would like to be part of this small and intimate, nourishing, nurturing and accepting space, please contact me for more information.

I am honoured to be able to deliver sound healing as part of Holistically Wild's regular Soul Sunday events at The Cliftonville in Cromer. These soul nourishing Sundays involve a gentle yoga practice followed by an immersive and deeply relaxing sound bath. Having just delivered a beautiful collaboration of yoga and sound outdoors at Priory of St Mary in the Meadow, Beeston Regis ( 20th June 2024) Jane and I will be releasing monthly dates for July through to December very soon.
